Where is Pole Creek Ranch located exactly?
15425 McKenzie Hwy, Sisters, Oregon 97759. We are across the street from the Sisters Middle School and Sisters Community Church on the historic Hwy 242, and a little over a mile from the center of downtown Sisters.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests permitted per event?
While the ranch is wonderful to explore solo, we are able to host events with up to 200 guests.
How many hours does the rental fee include, and is there an overtime fee if I stay longer?
Wedding contracts based on a Friday rehearsal dinner, set up time starts at 2PM. If you need to set up prior to 2PM, please consider booking the Thursday night prior. Set up time on Saturday is at your discretion, but all wedding amplified sound must end by 10PM.
What about inclement weather?
We are an outdoor venue, most of our couples decide to rent a tent just to be safe!
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes! We invite you to personalize your wedding with your own decorations to make your day extra special.
Do you require a wedding/event coordinator? Do you have an in-house planner?
We do require a wedding/event coordinator for your celebration. If you don’t have a wedding/event coordinator, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favorites. We will have an onsite PCR coordinator, but a wedding coordinator specific to your party is required and a part of the contract.
What's your Alcohol Policy?
Pole Creek Ranch beer, wine and whiskey is the preferred alcoholic beverages for your event and can be purchased with the PCR Event Sales Manager. We require a licensed and insured bartending service for all events on property. Some catering companies have licenses to serve alcohol. A copy of the caterer or bar service liquor license must be provided to us prior to your event. Guests may not bring their own alcohol.
What is the beef credit*, and how can we redeem that?
We sell Pole Creek Ranch Natural Beef and can have your credit used towards serving our beef with your catered meal, or we can supply you with a pre-packaged cooler (approx. 50lbs of beef consisting of a variety of cuts). It is part of the package of being able to rent the ranch.

Can we use confetti, loose petals, bubbles or sparklers?
In general, use of these items is prohibited. However, under certain circumstances, and with advance notice, PCR may approve the use of these items. Additional cleaning charges will apply or be taken from the security deposit.
Do you allow dogs to be part of our wedding day?
Sure! If you’d like your dog(s) to be part of your wedding ceremony, we recommend asking someone to be in charge of them for the day and running them home after the ceremony. Also, keep in mind that we are a ranch and they may need some time on site before the ceremony to smell all the new smells and get the pre-wedding jitters out. There is also an additional pet fee of $100 per pet if you’d like your furry friend to be inside the house with you.
Do you have ready rooms for the wedding party?
Yes! We have separate quarters for ready rooms in our lodge.
Is there Wifi and cell phone service on the property?
Yes, there is Starlink wifi and cell phone service available.
Are candles allowed?
LED candles are permitted, no flames.
Can I bring my horse to your property?
Absolutely! We ask that you let us know ahead of time and that we look at the pasture or spaces we could board your horse prior to arrival, so everyone is clear on the details and any special needs. We will have a $100 boarding fee per night that can be discussed with PCR's Event Manager.
Can we come back to see the space before our wedding?
Yes, if you would like to visit with your family or wedding vendors, please feel free to schedule an appointment.
Are there kitchen facilities on the property?
Yes. Use of the counter, sink, and refrigerator usage in the kitchen by licensed and adequately insured caterers only. Caterers cannot use the stove or oven.
Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own?
You will have to provide your own. We are happy to provide for you a vendor list of caterers we love.
Are children welcome to the ranch?
100%. Since we are a working ranch (with moving tractors, irrigation ponds, and cattle), we will need children to be under the watchful eye of their caregivers.
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
No, you’ll have to provide that. We do have a suggested AV rental company. You might want to come and try the amplified sound in the space.
What power is available for food trucks, plus potties, bands?
It's best for food trucks, plus potties to have their own generator (or rent ours). We have ample power for bands to use amps. If they need more, they should bring a generator.
Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes. It would be helpful for us to know how many guests we need to plan for that may need extra assistance. We are happy to accommodate any way we can.
Are there activities available on the ranch?
So glad you asked. We are happy to share our ranch with you and create a curated experience for you and your guests. We can propose some fun activities, and/or we are open to ideas. Prices will vary depending on activity.
Are there any noise restrictions?
Yes. All amplified sound must be off at 10 PM, no exceptions. (sorry)
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Plenty. For an additional fee, we can accommodate a hayride to the venue from the parking if you’d like your guests to have that experience ahead of time.
What are the nearest hotels/overnight accommodations to the venue?
There are plenty of hotels, motels and short term rentals within 5-10 minutes of the ranch. We have a list of our favorite accommodations upon request. Pole Creek Ranch does have an additional Airbnb, The Rancher's House, on the property that is not included in the fee, but is often booked by family or friends of the couple.

Do you host weddings and events on holiday weekends?
We can. Let us know when you had in mind.
Can we have our wedding rehearsal dinner at the ranch? What about a morning-after mimosa brunch?
Yes. We’d love to have you for either. Since you have the ranch for a 2-day minimum, you are able to have your rehearsal dinner on the property.
How much is the event deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
The initial event deposit is 30% non-refundable upfront to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, Cash or Credit Card. Should you choose to pay via credit cards a 3% processing fee will be applied to each payment.
Can we place a hold on our wedding date?
Yes, we can place a non-committal, one-week hold on your wedding date.
