At Pole Creek Ranch, we raise beef the way a working ranch should: with healthy land, well-cared-for animals, and food you can feel good about serving your family.
Our cattle are raised on open pasture and never given hormones or routine antibiotics. We focus on low-stress handling and a natural environment that allows our herd to do what cattle are meant to do: graze.
Our approach is rooted in regenerative agriculture. Through intensive pasture rotation and careful land stewardship, we give grasses time to recover, build organic matter in the soil, and support a diverse, thriving ecosystem. Healthy soil captures and stores carbon, holds water more effectively, and produces more nutrient-dense forage for our cattle.
The result is a system where the land, the animals, and the food all benefit.
The beef you receive from Pole Creek Ranch comes from cattle raised right here on our ranch in Sisters, Oregon, on pastures we steward every day.

Our process is simple by design. We pasture raise our 100% purebred Red Angus cattle on Central Oregon heritage grasses and pristine mountain spring water. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed, allowing them to grow naturally while developing the rich flavor and beautiful marbling that define exceptional beef.
At Pole Creek Ranch, we practice regenerative agriculture, caring for our cattle and the land together. Through thoughtful pasture management and seasonal grazing, we work to build healthy soils, support native grasses, and leave the land better with every generation.
Our cattle are raised humanely, are hormone free, and are processed locally with the same care they are raised with. Our trusted butcher follows the highest standards to ensure that our animals are comfortable right to the end.
The incredible marbling is the mark of truly exceptional beef. And if we may say so ourselves, the ground beef is hands-down the best you’ve ever tasted, perfect for exquisite hamburgers and an outstanding foundation for pasta sauces.
