Pole Creek Ranch beef is grass-fed, 100% pure bred Red Angus beef, and is hormone free and humanely processed. We practice regenerative agriculture, taking pride in taking care of our cattle and land.

The incredible marbling is the mark of high quality, delicious beef.  And if we may say it ourselves, the ground beef is hands-down the best you have ever tasted. It makes exquisite hamburgers and is an outstanding foundation for pasta sauces.

Guests staying in our vacation rentals can pre-order Pole Creek Ranch beef and have it waiting in the fridge when they arrive—thawed or frozen, ready to cook. Whether you're craving a perfectly marbled ribeye, a tender top sirloin, or the best ground beef for burgers, we’ll have it stocked for you. Simply place your order online and add a note at checkout letting us know you’re a guest. We’ll also reach out before your stay to confirm your preference and have everything ready when you arrive!

If you have specific cuts, and cutting preferences for your beef share, please contact us and we’ll keep you informed on the upcoming processing dates. It’d be greatly appreciated if you could place a minimum of $100 when ordering beef packs.
