Garrett and Sammi first met at Sonoma State University in 2018 while studying for their Communication degrees. A few years into their relationship, they launched their mobile bar business, Lifted Spirits Co., with their very first photoshoot taking place at Pole Creek Ranch. That moment sparked their love affair with the property, making it the only place they could imagine exchanging vows.
Their journey to the altar continued with a romantic getaway along the McKenzie River. On a peaceful April evening, with a fire crackling beside them and the river rushing in the background, Garrett proposed—setting the stage for the fall wedding they had always dreamed of.
From the start, three things never changed about their vision: a fall wedding, incredible food, and, of course, Pole Creek Ranch. The venue’s wide-open spaces, stunning mountain views, and cozy lodge made it the perfect setting for a weekend-long celebration. On their wedding day, Central Oregon delivered—75 degrees, clear skies, and the golden hues of autumn painting the landscape.
The couple curated an incredible lineup of vendors, bringing their vision to life with thoughtful details that made the day feel both cozy and elegant. With every moment—from the quiet romance of the ceremony to the joy of celebrating under the fall sky—their wedding felt like the perfect reflection of their love story.
