The Pole Creek Process

At Pole Creek Ranch, we believe in fresh, local, natural food. That means no hormones or antibiotics in our beef. Ever.

We also believe that we shouldn't have to feel guilty about the food we nourish our bodies with. That's why respect and compassion for our animals are our highest priorities.

We also use a labor-intensive pasture management system that creates vibrant, healthy soil and promotes stable carbon sequestration deep in our soils. Added to our extensive, responsibly managed timberland, our pasture management practices make our beef carbon neutral...and of course, delicious!

The Beef

Our process is simple by design. We pasture raise our cattle on Central Oregon heritage grasses, pristine mountain spring water, and curated natural grains. We believe that the purest possible inputs create a uniquely delicious, natural product.

Our cattle are harvested with the same care they are raised with. Our local butcher uses the highest possible standards to ensure that our animals are comfortable right to the end.

After harvest, we dry-age our beef for 14-21 days for incredible flavor and tenderness.

That's the Pole Creek Ranch difference; the purest possible inputs and a small-batch dedication to our uniquely delicious, natural product.
