The outdoor event spaces on the ranch have a throwback ranch feel, where you can try archery, whiskey tasting, roast smores, or head out on one of the numerous bike and hiking trails behind the ranch.

We have thought about your experience. As avid high end travelers, C-Suite executives, and conscious land stewards, the Coles have created a space that is perfect for small corporate retreats/off-sites or larger outdoor events.

Their personal interior design work has been featured in Dwell Magazine. They have been a part of successful startups like Gray Whale Gin, Loisa Spices, Pole Creek Natural Beef as well as publicly traded companies like 72andsunny.  They know how to create spaces that allow for inspiration, and have used Pole Creek Ranch as an incubator space for company retreats and off-sites.

The two ranch houses, The Lodge and The Rancher's House have recently been renovated, have a beautiful fresh aesthetic with modern facilities, high speed wifi and are AV equipment ready.

If you need a different conference room to host your meeting, our 10 person conference room at the Main Barn can offer a unique backdrop for your meeting.  Housed inside our Main Barn, the conference room offers wifi capabilities and projection, a mini kitchen, and bathroom,  all while sitting away from the world immersed in ranch life.  

If you need more rooms, Sisters has a number of motel/hotel options within a half mile of the ranch.  It's easy to bring a larger team, and use the Lodge to host your retreat, or house a smaller team.  Access to town is very easy.

We understand that no two corporate retreats are the same. Our experienced event planner will work closely with you to customize every aspect of your retreat, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your goals, whether it's team building, strategy sessions, or employee bonding.
